Returns & Exchanges
Because every piece is printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color preference, or change of mind. Please review size charts carefully before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, email support@cutechaos.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows delivered but the package hasn't arrived, wait 2 business days — carriers sometimes mark early. If still missing, contact us and we'll open a carrier investigation.
