When will my order ship?
Everything is printed on demand. Orders take 3-7 business days to produce, then another 5-10 business days to deliver within the US.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Most countries are covered. Delivery times vary by location. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email automatically.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
Because every item is made to order we can't accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective we'll make it right. Email a photo to support@cutechaos.shop within 14 days of delivery.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email support@cutechaos.shop with your order number and a clear photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund, no questions asked.

What brands do you print on?
We use premium garments including Bella+Canvas and Comfort Colors for tees, and top-tier suppliers for blankets, totes, and accessories.
Do colors look exactly like on screen?
We represent colors as accurately as possible, but slight variations can occur due to monitor settings and the nature of print-on-demand production.
