Refund policy

At CuteChaos, every piece is made to order just for you. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind — please check the size guide carefully before ordering. We stand behind the quality of every order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we'll make it right — no questions asked.

  To request a replacement:
  - Email support@cutechaos.shop within 30 days of delivery
  - Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
  - We'll send a free replacement as soon as we confirm the defect

  ## What We Don't Cover

  - Wrong size ordered (please use the size guide before purchasing)
  - Change of mind after an order is placed
  - Items damaged by the customer after delivery
  - Packages marked as delivered but claimed missing after 7 days

  ## Lost or Stolen Packages

  If your tracking shows delivered but your order hasn't arrived,
  contact us at support@cutechaos.shop within 7 days of the delivery
  date. We'll work with the carrier to investigate.

  ## Refunds

  If a replacement isn't possible, we'll issue a full refund to your
  original payment method. Refunds typically process within 5–10
  business days depending on your bank.
