 Shipping Policy

  All CuteChaos products are made to order and ship directly from our
  print partners to your door.

  ## Production Time

  Every order goes into production within 2–7 business days after
  purchase. This is separate from shipping time — your total delivery
  window includes both.

  ## Estimated Delivery — United States

  Production:  2–7 business days
  Shipping:    3–7 business days
  Total:       5–14 business days

  Most orders arrive within 10 business days. Some may arrive sooner
  depending on your location and print facility.

  ## Tracking

  You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number
  once your order leaves the facility. Please allow 24–48 hours for
  tracking to update.

  ## Multiple Items

  If you order multiple products, they may ship separately from
  different print facilities. You'll receive a separate tracking number
  for each shipment — this is normal and both packages are on the way.

  ## Shipping Carriers

  We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and
  product type.

  ## Address Accuracy

  Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
  Once submitted, we're unable to redirect shipments. CuteChaos is not
  responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

  ## Holiday Delays

  During peak seasons (November through January), production and
  shipping times may be longer than usual. Order early to ensure
  timely delivery.

  ## International Shipping

  We currently ship within the United States only.
  International shipping coming soon.
